At Rokesly we strive to maintain good relationships with all our parents and others involved in the school and where concerns do arise, our aim is to resolve them as soon as we possibly
can. We initially ask parents to see their child’s class teacher about any problem that has arisen regarding their child.

If the problem remains unresolved then parents are welcome to make an appointment to see a member of the Senior Leadership Team or the Headteacher. Our aim is to solve concerns and complaints as promptly as possible and in an informal way.
